Official Translation:  "We've encountered a bump on the road in implementing our long planned PNAC Protocol destruction of Russia.  It appears the use of physical force is not advisable at this time.  Unlike many other nation-states we've destroyed, Russia still has the capability, and the will, to defend itself.  Therefore we have decided to retrench, dig-in, and prepare for a long war of attrition. (a.k.a. Could War Deux).

Such a war will be Bolshevik in its nature (a.k.a. "Full Spectrum Cold Warfare").  In other words, it will be a total cold war in that it is waged against ALL beneficial aspects of Russia's society.  Every institution, cultural tradition, and economic structure, must be attacked, damaged, degraded, denigrated and hopefully destroyed.

However, unlike the Middle Eastern and North African states of Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya, we cannot employ the direct use of force to smash these societal structures. Nor can we directly employ proxies to attack Russia, as we're currently doing against Syria and Ukraine.

So we must engage in the following, less blatant, activities......

• All Russian citizens, along with their cultural pre-dispositions and institutions which are effective at maintaining a prosperous social cohesion and/or which are nationalistic in nature, must be constantly attacked and demonized.
• The use of foreign NGO's and other organizations to spread socially dysfunctional memes or behaviors inside Russia should be encouraged. 
• The use of financial leverage, blackmail, and honey traps against Russian citizens and their family members should be employed.
• Diseases, poisons, arranged "accidents" and other means of incapacitating effective Russian citizens and/or their children, or even eliminating them permanently, may prove effective.
• A major continuous increase in anti-Russian propaganda assets will now have to be undertaken.
• Sabotage of key industries, financial institutions, and national prestige projects will have to be arranged, and finally....
• Well financed programs of espionage, false-flags, bribery, subversion, intimidation, blackmail, assassination, and wide-scale terrorism -- very similar to what we're currently doing in Ukraine -- will have to be initiated.
  

These programs will have to continue until Russia bows down and acknowledges Israel as their colonial master, just as the US-NRE now does. Until every prospective Russian politician agrees to pilgrimage to Israel, or their colonial head quarters in Washington DC, and obtain Israel's blessing to run for political office in Russia, just as Israel's colonial administrators in the US-NRE now do when they pilgrimage to Israel to obtain permission to run for office. 

Most most importantly, the Russians must agree to install a Euro-Kazarian owned and run, private central bank to manage ALL of their economic affairs, just as "The Fed" has been installed in the US-NRE.

If Russia fails to implement these perfectly reasonable reforms, if their country, and its peoples refuse to join the New World Order, they will be ground into the dust as has so many other independent minded national populations in other parts of the world.
