It must be understood that it's true, China created a bigger credit bubble.  But while doing so it also created massive amounts, never before seen, of real, tangible, infrastructure, skill-sets, products, services, and institutions, with this credit bubble. 

It's also true that some of these "hard assets" are currently underutilized (ghost cites, ghost roads, ghost bridges, etc....) and as such will lead to a deflationary cycle.

This has generated some rather rude commentary by those on Zerohedge, and many rather smug and/or alarmist articles decrying "da guberment" of China's "mal-investment policies".  (Governments never being able to do any good ever according to some)

They're wrong.  It's a ratio, that's the whole point of credit versus real assets.  Can I build into this bubble faster than the other guy.  Did I use the bubble to build better, faster, more reliable, more productive assets to support the bubble when the contraction comes to an end and the expansive part of the cycle begins.  Are my workers (the labor pool) now more educated, more productive, and cheaper than all those other bubble builders? Did I get my money's worth in other words?

In the case of China.....yes.

Most importantly everyone on Zerohedge forgets why China built a credit bubble in the first place!  They didn't want to, no sane economic manager does, nor any sane publicly owned central bank!!  They were forced to do so by the Euro-Kazarians' Federal Reserve.

They didn't want their assets, factories, and institutions bought up on the cheap by a bunch of "Jews" printing their own fiat-script.  So they built their own financial bubble to protect them.
