Iran Represents a Deathblow to US Global Hegemony
Special Note - Actually Israel's hegemony. -- Let's be clear about this, one of the MAJOR goals of the PNAC Protocols was taking out Iraq, Syria, and Iran, the three biggest and most viable nation states in the Middle East.

Iraq is done, down on it's knees to be rent by US-NRE and Saudi Royal sponsored sectarian strife for the foreseeable future, Syria looks to be on its way down in the same way, but Russia, China and Iran might be able to prevent it, or at least delay its total collapse.  Iran is on the chopping block but resisting all the way and over-coming almost all of the US-NRE's illegal sanctions and Israel's criminal sabotage and murderous assassinations.  Out of these three most viable nation states in the Middle East, Iran is the one Israel wanted to destroy the most. 

Yet, Israel's North American colony, the US-NRE is having problems maintaining the pressure, and Israel's Banksters are again running out of maneuvering room as they did prematurely in 2007.  Finally, they're four to five years behind on their planned attack schedule, Iran and Syria were to have been destroyed more than three years ago. So it appears the Trinity of Evil, Israel, the US-NRE and the Saudi Royals are beginning to have difficulties carrying out the remainder of their attack scenario as they envisioned it when they laid down their plans more than thirty years ago.

Gitmo Defense Lawyers Say Somebody Has Been Accessing Their Emails - And the 9/11 cover-up contiues.

Normally, in any decent society, this sort of behavior on the part of the prosecution would be considered outrageous, not to mention criminal, and those engaging in it, if convicted, would be given long terms in prison. 

However this case is different, the actions of the prosecution are treasonable. The Israeli government with an assist from the Saudi Royals and elements within this country were directly involved in carrying out the attacks on 9/11. 

These tactics by the prosecution are an obvious and transparent attempt to make sure the lawyers for the defendants don't discover any evidence or begin any investigations or develop any leads or theories which would identify the real culprits. 

9/11 was an act of war against this country, as such under article three, section three, everyone in Gitmo participating in this cover-up, has, or is engaged in, the very rare circumstance that actually fits the definition of "treason against the United States" which "shall consist only in levying war against them (the States of this nation), or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort."

There is ample evidence that confessions were coerced, material evidence was destroyed, ignored or manufactured, testimony suborned, and prisoners murdered, deliberately preventing the true identification of those who carried out 9/11.

Doing so for whatever reason, and preventing the identification of the true culprits  whoever they may be, is giving aid and comfort to the enemy by definition. In other words, treason.

Doing so to also artificially create evidence to enable wars of aggression is doubly damnable, it's a war crime.

Let's comment on what the article stated.  Just because it's easier to intercept e-mail than paper mail doesn't make it legal.  People have (or they used to have) an expectation that their private "mail" and "correspondence" of ANY sort would not be read, that it's still an invasion of a person's privacy for ANYONE to do so, and that such actions should subject anyone who does to the same fines or criminal sanctions as they'd receive for intercepting, reading, changing or destroying regular paper mail.  --  That said, OBVIOUSLY the IRS, or anybody else, in government, or NOT, can peruse anything that's publicly posted where the person has NO expectation of privacy (hence, publicly posted) and use such information for any and all legal purposes, even, as in the case of the IRS, its for tax compliance or tax law enforcement. - mpg
