Most most importantly, the Russians must agree to install a Euro-Kazarian owned and run, private central bank to manage ALL of their economic affairs, just as "The Fed" has been installed in the US-NRE.

If Russia fails to implement these perfectly reasonable reforms, if their country, and its peoples refuse to join the New World Order, they will be ground into the dust as has so many other independent minded national populations in other parts of the world.

That said, he has not shown much enthusiasm lately for continuing Israel's PNAC Protocols and has been passively resisting their implementation during the last year.

Specifically he did not launch an all out assault against Syria last year, he has not been leading the charge against Russia in Ukraine, and finally he has been trying to negotiate a deal with Iran.  All three actions which have thoroughly enraged Israel and its Zio-Whore minions here in their North Amerikan Colony.

So Putin didn't undercut Obama's "Iran Ploy", he undercut the AIPAC/Israeli's "Iran Ploy".

An action that will make him their enemy (among many other actions he's already taken) for the rest of his natural life.
