Supreme Court [Kind Of] Refuses to Uphold the Constitution: [Sort Of] Allows Indefinite Detention

The "court" of appeal's utterances -- they can hardly be called decisions or rulings -- are so weaselly, so cowardly, so vaguely worded and phrased, that they make former Fed chairman Greenspan's indecipherable, convoluted, one to two hour long ramblings of masterful obscurity, appear as models of concise, clear and logical brevity by comparison. 

Such cowardice by the court of appeals, and the Neo-Roman Supreme Court's decision not to even rule on their bizarre utterances is to be expected by this nation's completely compromised and corrupted judiciary.

However, it simply doesn't matter.  The courts have already discredited themselves on numerous other occasions and if they can't speak the English language clearly and logically due to their craven cowardice, there is a document that does.  It's called the United States Constitution, and on THIS issue it is quite clear.  You don't need a court to "interpret" it.

It states the following......"

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

As the court itself has correctly stated, any law that is directly repugnant to the constitution, in other words, any law that clearly violates or is in direct contradiction to the constitution's clauses, such as the one shown above.....are "Null & Void"

That's it, it's that simple. --  The fact the courts are infested and infected with "Late Stage Neo-Romanism", along with the near-sighted, arrogant, hubris of a declining empire and that many of their members are dual-citizens of a foreign state, one which has been deeply involved in carrying out acts of mass terrorism against this country leading to all this pernicious legislation, and obtuse unconstitutional utterances, is the courts problem.

Not that of the citizens of this nation.
