• Implemented programs to spy on every single person on the planet everywhere, all the time!
• Been caught doing all these things for more than a decade.
• Shared everything they received with Israel and other interested parties for the purposes of financial gain, industrial espionage, and blackmail. 
• And finally....stated they will continue to do so forever, while giving the collective fat finger to the rest of the ENTIRE world.

Is this jury doing anything about that??

China should just get a judge somewhere to indict every top officer in the DOJ, FBI, NSA and the executive branch, render trillion dollar judgements against ALL of them for their actions, plaster their mug shots everywhere, seize their assets, and also the assets of those companies which carried out these actions, specifically any US communications or computer companies in China or elsewhere while offering generous bounties and rewards to collection agencies worldwide for bringing any person in the US connected with this decade's worth of illegal and costly espionage to justice.
