Should long-range missiles be launched against Russia from the Ukrainian territories ("the borderlands") by the Lviv extermination occupation regime -- Putin should not -- and he will (probably) not -- launch Russian weapons, from Russian territory, using Russian forces, under Russian orders, per Russian plans, against members of N.A.T.O.

That might be interpreted as a violation of Article Five.

Despite the fact these JewSA and JewK systems could ONLY be launched against Russia, with the DIRECT participation of JewSA, and JewK personnel.
The so-called "West", its parasitical class, and its completely controlled jewish owned mass-spewage outlets, ever since the illegal Maidan Coup d'état in 2014, have ceaselessly, endlessly, and relentlessly, opined FOR EIGHT LONG YEARS, that the people living on the communist created Borderlands territories - See Map - (click to view) - (click alt to view) - resisting their own extermination by the insane, murderous regime installed by the JewSA and JewK, are.... "Separatist Ukrainians", or "Rebel Ukrainians". 

When in fact, those living in the DPR and LPR oblast republics, on lands they've occupied for over 300 years, had actually negotiated an autonomous status with the legitimate government on the Borderlands territories, prior to it's illegal overthrow by the JewSA's and JewK's pseudo gangs.
So After eight years of viscous attempts at ethnic cleansing by the jewish-run Lviv regime against nearly half the population living on the communist created Borderlands territories, with the JewSA and JewK constantly opining these were "Ukrainian Separatists", Russia finally decided to intervene, and put end to the slaughter.

They launched their SMO operation on Feb 24th, 2022 to protect the people living on the Donetsk People’s Republic, (DPR) -- Luhansk People's Republic's (LPR) -- along with two other oblasts Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia - All of which are now considered by Russia and almost all the people living there, to be Russian territory.
The JewSA, and JewK, have decided not to use large amounts of THEIR military forces in the borderlands territories to oppose Russia's S.M.O.  They know what will happen to them.
The JewSA and Jewk don't recognize these territories, these four oblasts, as being Russian, Even though in two of the oblasts that were able to vote, the DPR and LPR, the people overwhelmingly voted to voluntarily accede to Russia by over ninety percent.  Russia doesn't recognize the JewSA, JewK, coup installed Lviv regime, which is no longer holding elections in its occupied territories, as being legal.

This is called symmetry
The JewSA and JewK, using their weapons, along with their SIGINT, satellites and AWACS, and other targeting assets, and their "advisors" (thousands of them), and "technicians" (thousands of them), and their "mercenaries" (thousands of them), "loaned" to the Lviv occupation regime, have proceeded for two long years to rain weapons down upon, what they call, the secessionist territories of the borderlands....

.... AND RUSSIA ITSELF
Russia has responded, asymmetrically, with extreme patience, by raining down missiles on the Lviv regime's occupation forces and military and industrial assets.... ONLY!

Not the nations actually launching these systems from the borderlands territories.

 This is NOT symmetrical

Therefore in response to any long-range missile attacks -- in fact if Russia desires -- any further attacks period, from the Borderlands territory controlled by the Lviv occupation regime, against Russia's territory, Russia can choose to rain down missiles on the JewK, JewSA, or all of Europe.

As long as these strikes are being conducted from the borderlands territory, or mobile assets (such as missiles, drones, ships, submarines, or airplanes) that are launched from the borderlands territory, and controlled, and authorized by, the "borderlands secessionists".
That IS symmetrical
In fact, Putin, Lavarov, and Maria Zakharova, could appear on Russian national TV, with some "secessionists" from the borderlands territories, such as the DPR or LPR. Have them hand the three a one ruble note so, they could rent one of Russia's ballistic missile submarines for a couple of months.  Cheerily wave goodbye to them, as their now re-flagged sub sails off into the sunset.  To arrive on station a couple of hundred miles off of Britain's coast, and watch on TV, eating pop-corn, as the sub proceeded to rain down hundreds of ballistic missiles (with conventional warheads) on Britain's occupation regime's assets.
And this would be A PERFECTLY Legal, Legitimate, Consistent, Proportionate, Symmetric, Reciprocal response!!
This would NOT be an Article Five violation.

Since it would be the so-called "Ukrainian Secessionists", the "Rebels", the "Separatists", carrying out the attacks in reply to attacks on their territory, and against their ally, from the JewSA and JewK.

Well.... that's a slight exaggeration. There were definitely 19 patsies, some of whom were Muslim.  They were probably told they were engaging in an Entebbe styled hijacking, where their planes would be remotely flown to an airport, the hostages taken off, and then the planes were to be blown up (to hide their remote control equipment). 

Similar to where the planes used in the Dawson Field Hijackings were blown up.  In that case as a statement.  (Oddly enough, only three were blown up, and one was successfully liberated. Sort of like the buildings on 9/11, where three were hit with planes, and one was not)

At which point they'd trade the hostages from the hijacked planes, in exchange for their political demands being met, (which were probably designed to be minor, so they wouldn't be  politically embarassing) and then the hijackers would be flown out of the country on another plane. 

At least that's probably the 'plausible' plan the jews sketched out for their American accomplices in the US Government.  A nice staged false-flag that was most likely intended to be used to finally finish off Iraq's Saddam Hussein. Their nation-state authoritarian nemesis. Unfinished business that Bush One left on the table after Gulf War One.

Unfinished business that truly irked the jews to no end. 

Business that would finally be finished by a false flag which would be massively more successful then their prior failed attempt to do the same almost ten years earlier.  When the jews arranged the 1993 WTC bombing. 

No doubt many of the traitors in the US Government were surprised when the planes were actually remoted directly into their targets, (except flight 93, which had to be shot down, or remoted into the ground, when the passengers gained control.  It wouldn't do to have a plane full of remote control gear, and surprised patsies appear on the news).

Surprised because the jews' actual plan, as it turned out, was MUCH  more ambitious.

52 story high WTC7 was an embarrassing failure and had to be obviously demolished in it's own footprint like WTC1 & WTC2, (the jews really learned from their failure in 1993, and had made absolutely sure this time it was going to be a successfull series of controlled demolitions), but in the case of WTC7, sans the cover of an impacting airplane, when Flight 93 failed to show up for its final  "shock opera" Dénouement of 9/11. Demonstrating that false-flags don't always go off as planned.

By then of course it was too late to do anything. Thousands of American officials were now deeply and traitorously implicated in helping to carry out 9/11.  They were now left with no choice but to follow through, and carry out the jews' PNAC Protocols.
