Some readers might have noted that the recent "report" published by HRW regarding the slaughter in the Latakia governate of Syria was not posted on this website.  The incident was already copiously covered on thousands of alternative websites more than two months ago, with several of the articles posted here on this website.

It appears HRW finally decided to publish their own "report", a simple regurgitation of what others published long ago.  Why? As the author shown above speculates, probably because they were given permission to do so.

HRW is a war mongering, Zionist controlled organization.  There has NEVER been a war they didn't like if it was supported by the AIPAC/Israeli Consortium and its North American Colony, nor a government they wouldn't falsely accuse of the most outrageously heinous acts, even if it meant openly siding with, or even cooperating with, terrorist murderers if that government was a target of the AIPAC/Israeli Consortium and its North American Colony. 

They have absolutely zero credibility and the only good they've ever done was SOLELY to be used to cover all the EVIL they've facilitated by their propaganda. They'll occasionally put their collective finger into the wind and if it appears they're starting to totally lose what little credibility the credulous and uninformed still offer them, they'll conveniently crank out a report mildly critical of their masters actions.  Usually chock full of information which isn't new and has already been revealed or unearthed by others.

They worked assiduously for months spreading the US-NRE's "talking points" to help start the wars in both Libya and Syria. U.S. debt default? Asian policymakers ready $6 trillion forex safety net
The US-NRE can't possibly default!  Unless they want to - The government is currently receiving more than sufficient tax revenues to pay the interest on the outstanding bonds (at the lowest rates in history, it's pretty easy to do, as long as they don't go up, which is impossible as long as the Fed keeps buying bonds). With current interest rates where they are it has about five times the revenue to pay its creditors. 

Besides, the Fed could always tell the government not to bother paying interest on the two trillion in US  bonds it currently holds on its "balance sheet", which technically would be a default, but if the bond holder says it's OK, would it really be perceived as a default?  (Actually the Fed remits the interest back to the US Treasury so this wouldn't do much)

Of course the government has already exceeded the "debt ceiling" and is currently spending "money" (Fed printed script - i.e. creating debt or debt-notes) for which bonds have not yet been issued.  That's not considered a default, that's considered "creative bookkeeping", you know, like Enron and the TBTFs.

Obviously this whole house of cards is going to come crashing down, that's why the Asian countries are preparing.  It's not any specific instance they're particularly worried about, the laughable "debt ceiling", a "debt default", ZIRP4'eva, the Fed's balance sheet, this nation's ridiculous, endless, fiscal irresponsibility,  or all of the creative bookkeeping (mark-to-fantasy, shadow inventory, "special-items", massaged or totally faked GDP, inflation, employment, and other numbers) that worries them. 

It's ALL of these instances of deluded "we create our own reality" and "debt doesn't matter" put together, plus the relentless, arrogant, utterly blasé, what-me-worry, we're invincible, "doing God's work", "everyone will always use the Fed's script no matter how much we crap on them" attitude that DEEPLY worries them.
