information "unavailable" to the general public (legally questionable)
and the system has the capability to substantially increase or decrease
order volume at will (a potential to "paint the tape", which is
illegal) and appears to execute orders with the foreknowledge of, and
prior to, other participants' transactions (also known as "front
running", which is
