You use your people on the ground to blow up the depot, than the rebels have no choice but to come to you for weapons, while at the same time you quietly tell Qaddafi what you've done and offer to turn against the rebels if he gives you his oil and gas for free, along with some air bases of course. Thus playing both sides against each other and gaining further power to influence the final outcome of the war. In other words, to force both sides to give you the best terms possible and thereby let you determine, or choose, which side will be allowed to "win". This is how the US-NRE "plays" it folks and it is what will happen every single time any nation, group, tribe or people does "business" with its parasitic class. You think not?
